Pecking order so far not what I expected!

Newbie here. It’s probably still early because they are only 15 weeks old. I have 3 pullets: 1 EE, 1 Buff Orpington and 1 Welsummer. My Orpington is of course the cuddliest of the 3 and the Welsummer is the most aloof. What is surprising to me is that the Orpington is the most assertive when it comes to treats. She barely gives the other 2 chances to get them. Also as a chick she was the most daring to pick up a huge grub and swallow it.
We have 2 roosting bars in our coop and up until tonight they’ve been sharing the higher roost. Today the EE was on the lower roost by herself! I’ve always thought of the EE as being the top of the pecking order due to her personality, but this changes my mind!
So fascinating!

They are neat to watch! I know non-chicken owners would probably think I'm off my rocker sitting in a chair and watching the dynamics of my feathered family.
My top dog is a little white silkie hen and she's half the size of the ones she bosses around.
