Pecking Order

    Do roosters have a seperate pecking order from the hens? Just curious

    According to everything I've read, they do. You have the alpha roo and then his subordinates. Generally the top hens will submit to the wishes of the alpha roo but they can be less submissive and sometimes mean to the subordinate roos and the young cockerels that are real low on the totem pole.
