We bought a laying hen at a swap meet. She nearly abuses my other hens. Is this showing seniority or do I need to cull the mean @&$#%?

As long as she is not killing your other hens, I would say she's just showing who's boss, but if she is tormenting them to the point of death or near it I would cull her
