Am I right in thinking the crested was doing the honks? Definitely sounds like a girl, and the other a boy I believe.

How big is the night-time enclosure? Is there any aggression during the day time?
If this behaviour is strictly in the enclosure, I would separate them at night. If the space is too small for them (understandable, they grow so fast!) it could be at least aggravating the problem.

If you're using a dog crate or something, perhaps you could purchase a second one? Or if its a pen, you could make a divide?

I think you have a female crested pekin and a male pekin if I am hearing and linking the voices properly. The loud one is the female and the quieter the male. I listened and watched several times trying to be sure that its the crested that is loud!

My son has a crested female pekin and she is the noisiest duck in the world. Did I say noisy? She is the absolute noisiest non-stop all day and even wakes up at 3 am and starts telling the world she is alive and here and well [And noisy]. But she is a wonderful comical duck full of character

I have a crested drake and he is also non-stop chattering away all day. My other drakes are muscovy, so its good to have the noisy crested as I can go in the back garden, not see the ducks, call out and hear him coming. The other drakes come too but I wouldn't hear them until much later!!

I did notice them pecking each other yesterday when they were outside but it wasn’t anything like I witnessed when they were in the nighttime enclosure.

That enclosure is amply big enough for two ducks overnight. Ducks need on average 4 sq feet in their duck house. I often have to have ducks overnighting in dog crates that are a little under 4 square feet, and the ducks are perfectly happy -- coming into the dog crates on their own. I currently use a temoprary pet pen to coral off room for the ducks and my largest myscovy is in a compartment defined by four panels. He's really happy and coming in at night as soon as I go down there to feed them. He had been bullied by another of the drakes and was reluctant to come in -- I was chasing him round the back garden 3 nights on the run when I realized he need his own space. Small space but his safe space and he comes in on his own again!.

You might partition your pen so that each duck has half and cannot fight when in there

I will definitely fix the enclosure so they’ll be separated at night.

If I do have to take one back to the farm, is a there a recommendation as far as which one to return? I know it really depends on the duck itself but I’m pretty partial to Dill and thought about getting another drake if I were to bring Georgie back.

I agree with @ruthhope on everything she said, that seems big enough, personally I would go ahead and divide it in half for now

I have had a lot of ducklings and haven’t seen a fight to draw blood so it’s possible it’s genetic thing
Maybe take the most aggressive back and find a few of the same sex from a new breeder close by
I have seen my drakes go at each other at high mate season and haven’t had anyone draw blood yet ( knock on wood ) it wouldn’t be the first time I say it never happens then my ducks make liars out of me

I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you lol! I just finished setting up the pen and divided and put up a divider high enough that they can’t peek over!

I called the lady at the farm I got them from and she doesn’t have ducklings and doesn’t sell adolescent or adult ducks. TSC doesn’t get any ducklings in until next week, but that’s taking a gamble again. Ugh.
