My Quail chicks r 2 weeks old and one of them pecks at random another chick in the head none of the others r hurt (yet) bit idk y he\she is doing it. Any advice?

Some quail are more aggressive (some are plain nutty), so keep an eye on it and separate it if it's becoming more of a problem. And don't breed from it as temperament is genetic.

Just commenting here about my problem with the low-protein feed causing feather pecking in case that's what's troubling your pecker, too... Might be worth checking out the protein level in their feed.

to elaborate, the chicks need about 28% protein chick starter. Higher protein sources usually comes from animal and insets (meats/fats), grain/seed simply doesnt cut it.
