Pecking Question

I got 5 new two day old chicks today, including 2 welsummers.One of the welsummers has started pecking at the eyes of the other chicks. It's pretty aggressively doing it to the point that I finally separated it from the other chicks. I tried separating it for an hour and then put it back with the other chicks and it immediately started pecking their eyes again. Has anyone had this happen? If so, what did you do to stop it? We have some 2 week old chicks so I put it with the older ones and it immediately went after their eyes too. I'm at a loss---

take it out and dont put it back with the other chicks for a few days if the aggression happens them cull him some chickens are just mean and youll never know why i had abunch like that as a matter of fact i had a hen that every chick i hatched from her was just plan out evil she was tame and docile but her offspring were the spawn of satan i had to cull everyone of her chicks if i accidentally hatched one they would kill the other chicks in the brooder with them
