Pecking

Hi! First time bringing baby chicks home and have noticed one of them pecking the others.
How much of this is ok? When should I be worried? What steps should be taken if it becomes a problem? Do you isolate the injured bird? The pecking bird? Both? Any guidance is appreciated. TIA!

I would just give them some more room and make sure they have adequate food and water. They should outgrow it, but if they don’t I would be worried.
