Peeling hard boiled eggs

Boil fresh eggs with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of salt - works like a charm every time! (it does not make the eggs taste salty)
 
i keep all my small eggs to the one side in fridge, i hold them up to 2wks before i hard boil them seems to work fine.
