    Hi,
I've been struggling with integrating 2 small flocks for three months. Our poor Silkie still gets extremely bullied, along with a few others to a lesser extent. The bullies are much larger in size and I worry they could kill the smaller girls. I'd like to try the peepers but I can't figure out if this is a permanent or temporary thing. If permanent I think I'd rather get rid of the bullies than have them wear the peepers all the time, it does not seem like a good quality of life for a chicken to be so vision impaired. But I have no problem doing it for a little while. How long are they typically left on?

    Thanks!

I left peepers on for about 8 weeks and then removed them.. Every thing was just fine. Just my experience..
