In regaurds to the comment of introducing slowly,this has beengoing on since Feb,i had her in a seperate pen in the hens area,i have tried everything,when there is a lot of blood i feel it ie time to take these actions.The feather picking is going on between a few of the other hens,if this is the way i can stop it ,i am willing to try .

For me, I am keeping mine on my three offenders permanently. I made a great deal of effort to avoid this having to happen, Blu Kote, separation, weeks before I resorted to the peepers.

The peepers are keepers!!
