Thanks. In a cardboard box on the ground, or wherever they feel like. Somedays they lay where I want other days they lay where they want.

We used to let our chickens free range, and they had nests everywhere. There was this one favourite nest under the house, the hens hatched 30 chicks in 1-2 months.

Now they have a run, and we can get the eggs.
