And I have an office word document that has every animal I want to breed/own when I can move even further awayfrom civilization - although by the time I'd be able to do it, Small-town would be the next New York City..... stupid buildings

I disagree, cows are way more stubborn than horses. (not that I've had horses, but have you ever had cows?

) I have to spend ten minutes pulling Leslie out of the milking shed sometimes.

The only quial I would have would be, oh shoot, what'r they called.... california quail.... but I feel like that's not it! Oh well, something that looks alot like them

There is a California quail, but maybe you mean Coturnix? Button quail are so tiny, I'd like those.
