Peeping stopped, are my chicks still ok??

Hi guys, I have 4 bantam eggs in my incubator. Yesterday day 19 all 4 were chirping and one pipped and is now fully hatched. Another is pipped and is chirping, but the other two eggs are now silent and not moving. Just a bit worried because they were moving and chirping a lot yesterday but now seems nothing. Its only day 20 so not losing hope but just wondering if this is normal.
