They are very cute and silly birds, I guess even beautiful in that odd, lumpy, wierd things hanging off their faces turkey way. Although I'm pretty experienced in chicken butchering, I am not looking forward to turkey butchering. ALthough the poop onthe patio is getting deeper every day.
