Peeps won't come out

Just got home from work this morning and let my chickens out for the day. They all came out except one my RIR. I opened the side of the house and checked on her. She seems fine. She is moving a little slow but appears to be fine. She is at the laying age, I was figuring sometime at the end of this month. She was born late June. Here wattles have changed colors. They are a dark red now. I was wondering if this behavior is normal for a first time layer?

Our banty Mottled Cochins girls acted that way before they began laying. They seem to spend more time in the coop/nest boxes when they lay as opposed to the Silver Sebright and EE gals.
