Pekin Bantam, Dominant White?

Do Pekin bantams have a dominant white strain? And if so could you cross it with a mottled colour and get a percentage of pure white due to this?

In the US we call them cochins and I've never say a dominant White line. I don't know what other countries have.
If you find any and breed them to a black, blue, chocolate etc mottled you'd get mostly white offspring. One copy of dominant White usually lets a little color leak through so you'll get some specks of color showing.
If bred to buff, red mottled etc. You'll get a mess since dominant White doesn't cover gold tones. The pattern will depend on what's under the white in the dominant White line.
