Pekin bantam problem - help!

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. I'm new to keeping chickens. I have 3 pekin bantams, we got them in November when they were 16weeks old. So far we have had no eggs but I'm putting it down to the cold weather. The other day we found the smallest of the three dead in the coop. No symptoms of anything before hand and the chicken breeder put it down to the cold weather as she was still quite small. Now one of the others has some strange symptoms. She has a bit on white in one of her eyes and one side of her face is very pale and she has a swollen bit at the bottom, the other side if her face is still red. she is also leaning her head to one side and keeps wiping her beak on my brick wall and gaping. She's still eating and drinking and she's also still digging for worms etc
