I finally got a pic to share of both my Pekins. Is it normal for color to vary so much? One is white (female) and one is yellow (male). They are not from the same parents, however they eat the exact same thing, have the same routine, get the same amount of sunlight, and they are close to same age (8.5 mos). Any thoughts??? I just want to make sure this isn't a health issue.

My Pekin’s are slightly discolored, as well! Someone said it was too much corn, sun or marigold... they suggested adding wheat to their diet. I haven’t, as it’s not a health risk. Your Pekins are beautiful, by the way! :love

Ok good i'm not the only one! And even the white Pekin's shade of white is nothing compared to my Ancona's white - it's a true bright white - makes the Pekins look dirty LOL!
