Hi all!
I have started breeding my bunch,
I have one blue pekin hen, one black pekin hen, one buff sizzle hen and one gorgeous (but horrible!) black pekin cockerel.
what colours would breeding the blue hen and with the black cockerel produce?
also, (this is probably a dumb question but hey thats why i have this account!) if you cross colours are they still classed as purebred pekins?
oh and another question! what would you call a cross between a sizzle and a pekin? (a sizzlin?!?)

thanks for taking the time to answer my questions!

Blue to black makes blue or black babies when crossing colors of the same breed you get non standard (can't be showed) pure breeds that might not breed true to color (ex you cross your black and buff hen and get a black baby. You take said baby to a black cochin, you might end up with a non black or mixed colored baby)

You just get a frizzled cochin the only name change on the frizzles that I know of happens in the silkies (frizzled silkie is called a sizzle)
