Rowena is - in a word - precious.  You ought to see her engage the Runners - who are so much taller than she - in earnest conversation.

Her first week here, one day I saw a few Runners standing ten feet from her, eyeing her nervously, standing close together.  That little dynamo looked at them and then ran full throttle straight for them.  It was like watching a bowling game.  The Runners scattered in three directions!!!

She has made friends in the flock, and though she sometimes gets poked at, she does her share of poking.  She'll sneak up behind a Runner and goose her in the derriere.

OMG. I laughed until I cried. I would love to have seen that. She is very pretty.

We just recently got 3 Pekin Ducks. The oldest two are getting their official feathers I think. They are named Donald and Daisy. We got a third with a Rouen and her, pending gender, name is Belle.

The eggs in incubator these is or frist hatches still finishing up from outside litter I have in on 50 humidity both sides there duck eggs and chicken eggs mixes with development issues. Usually we have it set 60. 70 humidity in pro series incubator 99.5 temp some or starting to break through. On chicken but don't want it to hurt duck eggs. I don't want to break chicken out. I hope they can make it so low.there moving really slow. I not sure on hatch day because of outside. The first set was set due 3-15-16 and two-,three weeks later snowflake came to live with us and wanted her own set. Duck eggs scattered through that time period. There eggs still out side on snowflake. Little giants incubator same both its at 45 99.5 on egg level 46 humidity 98.9 temperature on top the breakage isn't enough room yet to even break them out even if I wanted to. It's about the size of a needle

Well I can tell you, I had a batch that I set the humidity at 50-55 From day one to Hatching day. I never locked them down, I even opened the bator three times per day as if I was turning them. Results, They hatched just fine. Now I haven't tried this on ducks but for chickens, they hatched just fine, I even created a forum titled" Why lockdown". LOL
