you will have so much fun with those little ones! Keep up posted :)

Hi my name is Josie marsh and I have recently baught two beautiful Pekin ducks. They are named Bonnie and Clyde... I also have been looking for a Pekin Duck club. I am so happy with my ducks.
Welcome and congrats on your little ones! I know we would all love to see some pics :)

ok i just dont want my chickens getting in there and end up drowning

I think most people find that their chickens tend to stay far away from the kiddie pools - those ducks can get to splashing quite a bit! Although ducks don't NEED a pool, I personally don't think it's right to keep them without one. They LOVE it! You could always just use the pool a couple times a week under supervision and keep it empty other times if you were very concerned or had small chicks, etc. You don't necessarily have to have it full of water 24/7.

I HAVE TWO MALES AND THEY STARTED TRYING TO MATE IS THIS DANGEROUS WILL THE ONE DUCK FEATHERS GROW BACK ON HIS NECK?
They are fun to watch but I am not sure we need to separate them. They are like two peas in a pod they won' t go far without the other. I Also need to get someone to help me build me a filtration pond for them.

so when there bigger do they need a kiddy pool or can i use a mixing tube thing?? i guess you mix cement in it but i was useing it for my chickens to dust bath in it but can i take the sand out and put water in it or does it need to be big enough for them to swim in?
We have both, plus a smaller storage box size plastic pan. That way they can get wet in any area of their pen. We didn't let the chickens use any of them before; so i imagine you will need to watch them a bit if you change its usage. But our chickens would just as soon drink out of the pool or water tubs than drink out of their own water containers, and vice versa with the ducks. They absolutely love to dirty up the chickens containers.

Mine eat. Bananas, peas, lettuce the greener part. They eat the neck out of peas. They like puddles and digging in the dirt along with the feed.
