Pekin Duck Club!

thank you i thought it would be a better way to do it than to buy two different coops. i know its not perfect but it is big enough for them all to sleep in it at night and since they are still small it will work till they are bigger and then all i do is add on to both sides

That is great because from what I have seen here on these threads, the living arrangements are so important and people do a great job of providing them.

the coops are constructed from 2x3s on the corners and in the middle and the frame is 1x3s on the top and 1x2s on the bottom all told it weighs in at over a hundred pounds and all hand done with no power tools. i never take the easy rout to build something. the nesting area is made of 1/4 inch exterior grade ply none of it is treated wood. and the duck house is also 1/4 ply but with added 1x3 blocks to give venting on the sides. its total length is 8 feet and its total width is 48.5 inches and it is 48 inches tall so small for now but will be expanded when nessisary
