Thanks. And yes I was told to find a good one, and I could have it, I had a styrofoam hovabator. What incubators do you all use? Really was thinking of a brinsea but they are pretty expensive, but probably worth it.
They are beautiful, I don't use a bator but there are many on here who do. so lets see if @WVduckchick
or @Lacrystol
Or others can help you out.
@caesargirl
also uses a bator.
I have only incubated once but here is my brief story. After fairly intensive research I settled on a styrofoam farm innovations circulated air unit. I made this decision based on the unit itself. What I mean is I purchased the bator, brought it home and spent two weeks getting it to maintain temp. I learned what variables made the temp rise and what variables made the temp fall.
My first incubator (which I returned) was still air and the reason I returned it was I couldn't maintain a consistent temperature. There are lots of good incubators out there but in my opinion it comes down to testing the unit that you receive. Even the best incubators can have problems and not maintain temperature.
Whatever you decide, run it for a few weeks to make sure there are no issues and that you understand how to use it, this way you can react correctly if there's a problem and save the eggs.

Precious and so cute. I love this picture. Sweet!
Your ducks are so cute. I really love the Pekins.
Welcome to BYC. I am not a duck owner but I love being here and love the stories and pictures, too.Hello all!
I am new to the site. I was very pleased to find it as I have been doing research on having ducks for eggs in lieu of chickens.
After all I have read it seems to be a no brainer. Lol
So I am planning on getting 2-3 Pekin babies in the Spring and I am really excited.
I love reading your stories and seeing the pictures.
I am sure I will have questions once I actually get going.
Thanks for all the info I read so far and Happy Ducking!
