Pekin duck (f) laying down and panting

So, I brought her inside and put flavorless pedialyte in her water with some lettuce and mealworms to encourage her to get the electrolytes. Her panting has stopped completely and her tail is not bobbing and she is walking around her enclosed space, being her curious self. I am guessing it was a mix of heat exhaustion and the males chasing her around. I will keep you all updated. Thank you so much for all of the help thus far!

She sounds exhausted. I would separate her. If you have any vitamins and electrolytes I would give her some. Apart from overzealous boys she may be getting picked on because she doesn't feel well. Does she lay eggs yet? If she's maturing it could be why the boys have a sudden interest in her.
You seem to be right. She is inside now with her pedialyte water and she is doing better, it seems! I am going to monitor her for at least another day, I think. I don't want to have her go back too soon and miss any signs of it being anything worse. Thank you so much! Will keep you updated!

So, she is inside and seems okay. She has not gotten worse by any means; her poop is normal and is eating and drinking. Her voice is definitely a little deeper, my boyfriend confirmed it. Funny thing is, I have her separated by a baby gate from my male indoor pekin, and they are doing the mating head bob at one another through the gate! I have only seen one health issue as to why it would be changing. My hens just started laying within the month.

Does anyone know any other reason a female pekin's voice would change?

That's exactly what it was! She was fine when the boys were removed for a while. The problem male is kept in his own fenced in area in the run during the day to prevent it from happening again. Everything is fine, and no other issues have lead me to believe otherwise.
Thank you for the input and my apologies for the delayed update!
