Pekin duck has insides coming out it's vent. HELP!

If you have flies around I would put her in the house or somewhere where they can't get to her.
Bleeding sure isn't normal can you soak her in some warm Epsom salt water? Just keep her from drinking it.

She's in our garage, away from flies. I'll try to get her cleaned up, she's resting now.

Soaking her bum in warm Epsom salt water can help with healing and inflammation of body parts.

Good news! First, thank you for your suggestions! So, I ended up cutting the end off. After the comment that it could be a lash egg, I'm convinced it was. I inserted the rest back in and kept her clean for a few days. She's been doing well, but she is a little different now. She doesn't stay with the flock as much and now I come up to her and pretty her and pick her up. All seems well. Thanks again everyone!
