got a large pekin duck last sunday at TSC.. just a few questions though... do they fly at all, and if i have a female how many eggs will she lay.... also my step mom says that Quackers( thats his /her name) needs a buddy and I MIGHT get another one but dont know yet.....any other infor about this breed would be grateful

I have 2 pekins. One drake and one female. I think they really enjoy company, after all, who wants to be alone, right? No, they don't fly. I believe because they are domesticated, they have been bred to be a heavy breed, so no, they can't get off the ground. You will love them, they are real sweet, and lots of fun to watch too.

Lucky your TSC had gotten them in! Congratz!
