Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and I am finding out alot of info reading old posts.
We have a small farm in Orange Cty NY. We hatched 3 Pekins almost 2 weeks ago. I had trouble keeping the humidity high enough for the duck eggs but they did pip but had trouble for approx. 10 hours. One was able to hatch on her own but the other two we carefully helped out. However now one especially has very weak legs and the others are stumbling to different degrees. Also they seem to have labored breathing.
I have treated them with terrymyacin powder in their water and have been supervising their swimming - hoping to build their leg strength.
Any suggestions would be extremely helpful?!?!
Thanks
Christine
