Have had a search but didn’t really answer my issue
My pekins look like heavy breathing? I dunno if this is how they breathe?
There’s no weird noise, they are eating and drinking normal, however today seem a little lazy than usual just laying down a lot.

I don't see anything abnormal really about their breathing. Doesn't look like they're panting or anything?

Are they getting enough niacin? Niacin deficiency can cause lethargy/decrease in activity. Pekins generally need more niacin than other breeds due to growing larger faster and their need for strong legs. You might try adding nutritional yeast to their food, 1-2tbsp per cup, if you aren't already.

Thanks no panting just more like heavy breathing, like you can see there body move when they breathe
They are on duck crumbles which have niacin in it, dunno if it’s enough it’s 60mg/kg and it’s a 25kg bag. They get peas… boy do they love peas!
But I have some brewers yeast would it hurt if I put in their food if there’s already niacin in it

Adding a tbsp per cup won't hurt at all, they'll just poop out any excess that isn't needed. Pekins do tend to benefit from extra

They seem fine. From my experience from Pekins, they do tend to be lazy. I had to give them daily warm baths to properly encourage cleaning of their nares and eyes. They don't tend to dunk their heads in water like other breeds of ducks. Even as adults, some can need encouraging to bathe and preen. Which, also if you don't, make sure you have a waterer deep enough for them to dunk their heads in.
