pekin ducklings sneeze?

Hi all so i am not sure if I am doing this right so bare with me! i have 2 two week old pekin ducklings they are growing fast and seem to be in perfect health besides one thing. They have both gotten food in their noses and have some trouble getting it out unless they have warm water and now one of my girls is making a weird little almost squeaky noise. they have plenty of water to drink and dunk their entire heads into at all times, and already took a bath to help with the “stuffed nose”. the one girly is still eating, drinking, snuggling, sleeping, and playing normal (as is the other one, but this post is more about her little squeak noise). i just wanted to see if anybody could tell me what it would be. I have heard her sneeze maybe twice, but they only got food in their noses once each and it came out as soon and they got in a warm bath and if there was any in their noses before that they got it out in the waterer in their brooder. there is no discharge or anything like that. they will be 2 weeks old in 3 days if that helps with anything.

they are not sneezing right now, they don’t sneeze a lot i have heard them sneeze maybe twice which is when i saw the food in their noses which they have both managed to get in their noses once each. And the one girl stopped making the noise so im hoping all is back to normal. im looking into switching their food because i think the one they are currently eating is just too dusty and small which is why they are getting it in there.

Be sure to give them a dish or bowl deep enough they can dunk their heads and wash out their nares and eyes any time they want.

Yes give them deep water . (I found a bread pan works well)
