Pekin Ducks

I have 3 female Pekin Ducks. Two have been laying eggs for a few weeks. One hasn't laid any at all.
The beaks of the two that are laying eggs are pale orange. The beak of the one who isn't laying is still bright orange. All 3 ducks have a destinct quack. The male duck I have mates with them all.
Is there a reason the one female isn't laying eggs ?

How old are the Pekins that have been laying and how old is the one that isn't? Pekins start laying around 4-5 months old but can take up to 6 months. You might want to bring your pekin to a vet if she doesn't lay by 7 months old.
