Pekin - hurt leg!

My 2 1/2 month pekin duck has hurt her leg somehow. She is definitely limping and one foot seems to be turned in now. She still walks "limps" around and is eating fine. But if she gets excited and tries to run then after a few steps she falls, flaps her wings, then gets up and goes. So what should I do to help her? How can I tell if it's a sprain or worse? It's been two days now - no better, but no worse either.
