Pekin under wing/thigh feather question

One of the pekins (12 wk, female) has some funky feathers. On both her sides, below her wings, upper thigh feathers. Just a few on each side. When it started, I immediately assumed angel wing and went to check her out. Its not wing feathers though. More noticeable when she comes out of a bath. I keep thinking they are loose and molting out but, strong as can be, lol, they just sort of *flop* around all tutu like on her sides when she walks around. Been about three weeks now. Normal? Weird? Or at least not abnormal? Ideas?

Looks just like a bit of excessive feathering - I don't think there is any health issue.

I agree with Sour, looks to be excessive feathering. Amongst the birds around here, I notice it with Pekins the most.
