Pekin walking on knees...should I be worried?

Here is a pic of the Pekin with the leg problems...any ideas on how to correct this? We are still giving it niacin via vitamins and brewer's yeast. It gets around just fine but I just hate seeing it like this. We have only had the duck a week and a half.

If niacin in that way is having no effect its time to buy the pure niacin tablets cursh about a quarter of the tablet and mix it with water in a syringe and squirt it down her gullet once a day. that way she is bound to pick up in just a few days. mind had leg problems and didnt walk for months like i said but hes all good now. got better in 4 days
