Pekin with Irritated Butt

I noticed today that her butt seems to be irritated and the male khaki was pecking at her a little bit. They swam for a little bit,so I couldnt get a picture because she was so excited. I can try tomorrow.

I know chickens can have Epsom salt baths, can ducks? If so, can I just put it in the water she is swimming in? Is it ok for the khakis? What if they dunk their heads in the water?

Is there anything else I can put on her butt? Coconut oil? Collodial silver? Vetericyn?

She is only about 11 weeks, not small and Shd doesn't sit still.

Can you explain a little bit as to what you are seeing that makes you think it’s irritated? Feathers missing? Or bulging?

Also, Epsom salt is a laxitive. So unless you want all of your ducks butts to be exploding, I wouldn’t soak all of them together.

It looks red and irritated. I noticed it as she was waddling away. There are no feathers in the area, not sure if there ever where. It's the actual butt.

At first I thought her bottom was dirty. Maybe an irritation from the bedding(pine shavings)?

They are sleeping now. Tomorrow maybe, but it won't be easy by myself. She is a squirmer and quacker. People might think I'm killing her. She is quite the drama queen.
