Pellets for ducklings?

For now they only sell the 5lb bags at our store so we just put a dish out for the adults in the afternoon to snack on. They won't touch their regular feed until the duck pellets are totally gone. It does seem to make much less of a mess than their crumbles.
Lol, yes not practical for a large flock. We just have the three ducks and hopefully 2 new ducklings will be hatching soon :)
The magic of duck-math! - One year ago i had five ducks. Now it's 24, thanks to Katharina Duck…

Haha, don't tell me that :) We started with a pair and when we lost one we added 3 more so no one would ever be left alone again. Now just two in the incubator...but wait, we own an incubator now...I think its happening to us too :th

Don’t blame it all on Katy..........someone had to whip out the credit card and order 15 ducklings from two hatcheries in the spring. I do not think even Blanca Duck is capable of such treachery .

These babies are coming a bit earlier than expected. Hatch day was set for the 8th but as of this morning they are in lockdown. 1 internal pip and 1 external pip as of this morning. This is our 1st hatch and super nervous! None of our eggs were fertile but @DuckyDonna was awesome and let us incubate some of her babies :)
