What color was the pellet? If it was green it could have been alfalfa pellets. If it was a off white or light brown color it may have been the regular feed.
Chris09, the pellets were green/gray, so I'm guessing alfalfa. Thank you everyone for your tips and answers! I fed mine in the morning, but that was because I didn't know when the judges were going to judge my birds, seeing as they had around 1,000 there to judge!
