North Alabama. Huntsville Area. Tried getting some from Lowe’s and they said they can’t keep it in stock. Chicken raising has boomed during the covid quarantines and people buy it for coops as soon as it comes in.
I’ve had some luck finding some smaller rolls of it. Have 20 feet of it and have another 30 on the way this week, assuming it doesn’t go on back order again. Need about 30 more feet to put it around the whole bottom

I wish I could show you my run. I know its way past huge but I've done so many little things that have made such a difference with basically "junk" that we've dumpster dived or my husband found on job sites and even stuff he dragged back from visiting friends in Florida.
This was just a piece of a pallet that I screwed into one of the posts and they love it. They lay by it and love to forage around it. The girls lay eggs in the hay around it.

My husband dragged back all this lattice from Florida. I thought what the heck is he going to do with that? Then I looked at the run and thought what a good wind block and shade structure it would be.

most of this area gets the hot west afternoon sun so I built a pallet shack for them. I found out I needed a pallet for the floor too because the rainwater drains right under it. Free and simple. It's held together with scraps of rope. The best part is they use it!

I heard yesterday that Amazon was telling their drivers to turn around and go back home and not deliver product until all these domestic terrorists are done destroying. We can't wait for them to come down our street! The terrorists that is.
