Gurgling in her throat or further down?

I am not sure where it is coming from I just hear gurgling and as soon as I am done feeding her she seems to be struggling

I mean not without doing it again and I am pretty scared to she seemed to have a hard time right after I take it out and it really really scared me

Yeah actually I do have one more. I tried to cut it about as long as it was in the video i was watching about tube feeding. How long should it be? I've only got one more so gotta be careful to make sure I don't cut it too short

I am not sure if you can hear it but I can still her the gurgling a little bit, it is very quiet so I'm not sure if you can hear it but here is a video

That's about how long mine is. My avian vet gave it to me, and demonstrated how to tube feed on my 3.5 lb duck.
