Penicillin dose for rooster??????????????

Hey ya'all... I got a question. I need to dose a roo with injectable penicillin, my dog chewed up the rooster's leg, some nast punctures. Can someone tell me the dose or put a link up to something to help me with the dose for him? He's about the size of a barred rock rooster.
