Penicillin for chickens what do I do ?!

so to make a long story short one night I went to close the coop door and a he. Was gone I looked everywhere and in the morning I looked a lot more for her I found her in a tite spot on her back trying to scrach out some how she lost one of her toes I put Neosporin on it am rapped it up that was a couple of days ago and I’ve changed the rap every day I will put a pic but someone on here told me to get some needles syringes and some penicillin I’ve never used penicillin on a chicken and don’t know which one to get and how to use it I did wash it a little I did not want to hurt her any tips are appreciated and thanks advance

I would just leave it be, perhaps using something like bluekote. It should heal up without problems. If you see any swelling or he's looking unwell than perhaps antibiotics are necessary, but I wouldn't be treating unless necessary. I have see chickens heal up from some nasty wounds.

That will heal up just fine, a toe tip is nothing to a chicken. Probably bothers you more than her.
