Howdy from neighboring Delaware. Although I don't live in PA, I am in Philly alot as one of my sons goes to Penn. Up until 2 years ago my husband and I both worked in Philly so I kinda feel like it is OK for me to be in your state. I used to work in Chinatown and yes, there were chickens, and pigs residing there. What was with those ducks hanging in the windows of the Chinese restaurants that looked like they had been breaded and fried whole? Head included.
