I have a few babies, and a hatch of some due next week. None to share til next year, though.

Oh, and I finally emailed the flaky CL person and asked how many he/she might want, color preference and offered to meet somewhere.

This is the email I got back. "I know your feeling the sadness too" Must be drinking again...
 
**Must be drinking again. Too stinking funny! And I need a laugh today.

Had a fox visit us this morning. Got away with five of our chooks, FIVE. It was horrible. It was all my fault for having them out too early and without the dogs. Not a mistake I'll make again.

I'm not trying to be prudish, but geez! I may not respond (even though I hate when I don't get answers from CL)

Hi beaglady,
Just wondering where you are in PA. I just lost one of my four girls on Saturday and was thinking this might be a good time to get a blue/green layer for my little coop. I'm just outside Philadelphia. Are you close?

I'm about 1/2 hour north of Harrisburg. You're welcome to come get one, but probably not worth the trip just for one.
