Oh and if I post pictures of my welsummer chicks, can someone opine on which ones might be pullets? (I heard they can be sex-linked as chicks).

Yup girls have distinct eye liner and a sharp V on the head. Boys are messier. (colors, not actions...lol)

Gotta problem with my silkie rooster. My wife texted me at work saying something mustve gotten a hold of him because the top of his head/hair is gone this morning!!!!!! A nice big chunk taken off his head. Doesnt seem to affect him though because he is just as grumpy as always. Any suggestions? I will try to get a better pic than my wife sent me later on today.
