20% is high for layers. 16-18% is idealI'm reading that 20% is good for growing and then you should lower it for laying? Is this right? How much does it matter?
ME ME MEAnyone in the area want a single Blue Slate Turkey poult? It's a week old and in with my chicks. Only one hatched, figured if someone has space for it, it would be a nice thanksgiving meal. I'm getting Bourbon Red eggs this weekend, and even if I get 25% hatch, I'll have too many. Darn ebay!
