Welcome aboard. You can look at the map in my siggy to see where everyone is located!

Yikes!   200 can make things a bit hectic, to say the least!   I actually love messing with numbers, so doing taxes and other such book keeping is something I don't mind doing.  But I do always feel better when I know it's been taken care of.
I do math problems based on miles, time, fuel consumption and other weird things like that on long trips to help pass the time, and I do math logic problems and Sudoku puzzles to relax.

They say it takes all kinds....

I like math problems too. How much do I owe? Hmmm, how much do I have in the checking account? Hmmm. How can I change this math to lower that owe? Now, what is the statistical probability of ...

I am a kind... I'm not sure what kind that is... but it's not normal!

Oh... I don't so statistics or probabilities... my theory on statistics (based on tricks I've seen a supervisor pull numerous times!) is that statistics can be whatever a talented person wants them to be. And my theory on probabilities is that everything is a 50/50 shot... either it will happen or it won't...

Man, I really wish I was going to the York show! But alas, I have to work a daytime shift. I was thinking maybe there would be some LF S.Faverolle chicks, since I'm running out of options. Guess my bets are on Uniontown.

I have LF Salmon Faverolle chicks. My friends daughter in law lives in PGH and can probably be persuaded to take chicks home to you on her next visit in a couple weeks. I'll confirm when she's coming here.

I will throw them to the wild critters in the woods later, I sent out pms to some locals I will wait until tomorrow to chuck them. and I will feel really guilty too! lol
If you're not going to hatch them, hardboil them and feed them to your chickens. That way you're not encouraging wild critters to think of your place as a restaurant.

Well we went to TSC today to pick up a few supplies (yet another bag of feed for the meaties... geesh those buggers can eat!!!) So I went in and found my way to the display for yard ornaments while on my way to look at chicks. I saw a cute planter on the shelf and called Radioman over, thinking he'd get a kick out of it and then keep me in check and remind me we were there for feed only.... so what does he do??? He walks over and promptly reaches over my head and says... 'did you see this one too???' Well, he is 6'5", so he sees things I often miss... and instead of doing the good hubby thing and keeping me moving, he finds another one that he likes!!! :idunno so instead of just grabbing a bag of feed we also end up with 2 new lawn ornaments we didn't need but thought would look so cute around the coop. :th The first planter that I saw... The one from the top shelf that the tall guy spotted... So now I have 2 additions to find spots for... but at least we did manage to leave without any live birds!!!! :plbb
haha me and nick went to tractor supply and saw those too i like the one in the top picture and a termometer with a rooster on it...thought it would be cute for our new coop but nick told me we didnt need it so we didnt get it... :( :gig
