The auction at Green Dragon starts at 6:30 and has been going until well after midnight. We sell a ton of cages and some feeders, as well as feed and other misc. items. And obviously a TON of animals. Are there any specific birds you're looking for???

Not looking for any specific animals, but can not picture myself going to an animal auction and coming home empty handed......(would love a few ducks). or a few ee pullets, customers want green eggs and all I have are brown or white...

any Delaware Roosters Wyandotte?? I've been looking on the sly.

We occasionally get Delawares...had a real nice hen the other week. There's a guy that lives real close to the auction who I believe raises them because I know he brought some chicks in to sell back in early Spring. I can give him a call and see if he has any Roos for sale.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for eggs. Yesterday, I sold some Buff Orp pullets to a fantastic lady who gave me my first incubator. A simple still air, but a bator none the less. OF COURSE I have to try this out asap. All night I was on line looking for eggs, (my little ones are far from giving me hatching eggs). Here's the problem, online seems expensive, with shipping and all for an experiment. The only local eggs I'm seeing are Silkies and Ameraucanas (EE's I'm sure). I shouldn't be picky I know, but, if it actually works I know I'll want to keep a few, so I want something I don't already have. DOES ANYONE FROM SOUTHEASTERN PA HAVE ANY COOL EGGS THEY COULD PART WITH? I will buy them, I'm just trying to cut out the extra 15.00 for shipping. I would soo... appreciate any responses.

Well, this is what I have, Splash Ameraucana rooster in with Black, and Blue Ameraucana hens, along with 1 black Naked Neck, 2 Black Australorps, 2 Silver laced Wyandottes, 1 SLW/Blue Andalusian cross. The Ameraucanas are laying blue, and blue/green. The other hens are all brown egg layers. So there hen kids should lay green. I charge $1.00 per hatching egg. Let me know if you are interested. I am very close to Hershey.

Welcome Rehobeth! I don't think the individual counties have their own threads, and I'm finding out it is a BIG state, especially living on the very perimeter!. If you search this thread for a few of your surrounding counties, I'm sure you'll find someone close.
