Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

Hey Pennsylvania!

Hubs and I are considering buying a house in Glen Rock, PA. We're moving from just under the border in Maryland. I can't find any answers as to if I can keep my chickens in Glen Rock. We found a wonderful house that will sit on about a third of an acre, but it will be a deal breaker if I have to leave my girls behind. Does anyone know? Apparently the township office is only open for 3 hours today, from noon to 3. :(
Than I would give them a call if you can.

Glen Rock has it's own website... found a link on it for ordinances and there is a ton of contact info listed. Even a permit process and contact address which should be able to direct you to the right info.

Hope this helps...Good luck on your new home search!

It doesn't say you can't anywhere, so I think you'll be fine. Glen Rock is a farm area. I'm not super familiar with it, but have been there. Good luck!

Mine only goes out there if he has to...but he's still well aware of my math....and since I can't have anymore...I figure I'll help....
The scovies?

As much as I like them, I've let them out of the pen again. They were still in the pond at dark last night. If they lay eggs in their nest, I'll hatch some. If they get eaten by the fox, I'll have to write it off as them living free, dying free. (Cue Steppenwolf music here)
great choice of background music
Ray, your the guy that cant leave his house between November and January

Hey, y'all! What's up? Sorry for being MIA. Just really hectic around here. Just wanted to say hi. Hope everyone's doing well! Been a rough winter here. VERY happy it's finally spring! Working on a drawing of the kiddos with chickens...LOL...and figured I'd share, since no one else in my life gets it! Cute wee bumpkins :) Another work-in-progress that I can't seem to finish! *Sigh* What's everyone up to & hatching? I've got a broody wheaten Am, otherwise nothing to report. Someone gonna surrender some to me? Hmmm?

would you have any free time to do a painting or black and white in pencil type portrait, say before sept, would be a present for a friend.
