wow...the call duck and east indie eggs came today,,,,don't ually get things from ebay that quickly....I am a liitle confused though,,,got lots of extra's..was expecting 6 gray 6 pastel 9 east indies......got 6 gray 6 pastel 11 east indie and 5 extra marked with either a w or m.....I am thinking maybe white calls but not sure...

The "M" means Missy's.

. Well...I found Blaine, apparently she met a _____ cat

. If it had been anything else I would think she would have been eaten, or at least part of her. So I buried her beside the other chick (that I brought home just so it didn't die at the store)...Now to get some coffee (maybe a "special" one) and get to work on the coop.

I'm sorry! I know how hard that is. I think one of my roos got taken by a hawk today. I know I sound unsure...but until I can get them all in the coop tonight...and do a true headcount, I'm unsure. I thought it was one of my leghorns...cause there's alot of tail feathers...but I see both of them (one now tailless)

Ooohh... shoot. Sorry to hear. Sucks to loose one, and frustrating when (by law) we can't even really do anything about the danged hawks because they are 'protected'.

sometimes people are being really nice, i bought a dozen db eggs, when the man sent them, he sent 30!! sometimes like i said, nice people

1 Question. My air cells are not detached, I have a couple of the saddle kind but the older eggs have a awkward shaped air cell... they are circular but as if I drew the circle with my left hand, all wiggly.. I will check to see if its changed tonight, but are their going to be problems with them hatching?
