Looks like we have a storm coming right at us, looks horrible on the radar, all dark pink & red. We already lost power once today *sigh* & a building got hit in town by lightning on tuesday. I don't mind a bit of rain but this is getting nuts! At this rate my new flowers will never get put in the ground

It's too bad your flowers aren't in yet, it's been a good week I believe since I watered my garden!

a garden in the front that was overgrown with grass and I had planned on putting them in but nooooooooo the weather has other ideas lol

X marks the spot I am and the storm to the right is creeping up ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

At least your gardens are in. I only have squash, tomatoes, garlic & onions planted so far. A lot of the problem is a man who wants to be a bum & sit on his rump instead of helping, but the rain hasn't helped any with my schedule either since I also am trying to build coops for the ducks that are growing out.

My gardens are nowhere near where I want them to be - that is the problem with renting a place no one lived in for 2 years, the gardens went to hell. While we have done a ton of clearing, cleaning etc I don't have them packed with flowers like I would like to.

I wanted to start a veg garden but with funds etc that idea kind of went out the window. Maybe with hubbys $2 pay rise I still might be able to start and get a few things in the ground at least.

Try a yard with 50+ years of neglect.

Been working on it since we moved in in December. There is so much scrap & old tires out there it's not even funny. Then there's the broken glass everywhere, the burrs & briars, the old buildings full of trash that have fallen in...
