Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

They are really easy. 2 cups table salt, 2 cups flour, fragrance oil or spice powder for fragrance if desired, cold water to make it all stick together. Roll into balls & flatten with rolling pin. Cut out desired shapes. Decorate before drying with q-tips dipped in food coloring or after with paint, markers &/or glitter glue. Dry in oven at 250F. Drying time will vary by how thick you make your ornaments. Flip over once top looks & feels dry to allow bottom to dry.

I used soap fragrance in mine this year but you can use candy oil, kool-aid, or spices too. They smell really good when you add scent.

The first tray of salt dough ornaments are finished. The 2nd is about to go in...if my son ever finishes his last 2 ornaments.
you forgot to add that you will be sending a box of these to everyone that gives you their address.
Actually, we could do an ornament swap if y'all want to. Let me know if anyone is interested. Ornaments need to be handmade (even if it's by the kids). 3 ornaments per swap.

Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone!!

I do not decorate, not even a tree....would be willing to do other kinds of goodies though
Could make it a goodies & ornament swap. Either the treats or the ornament has to be handmade. You can buy whichever you don't make. That way only part needs to be hand made. Poultry figurines or plushies can be substituted for ornaments. Any interest now?

If there is enough interest i would do this,,,,I have nothing against the ornament thing.......as most of you allready know, I am just a little bit different or odd as some would say....

Ok, we'll just do it this way: Anyone interested in participating just pm me with their address & any food allergies you have so you don't get something you can't have. As long as I get at least 4 people we will do a swap. Title your pm "PA Christmas Swap" so I can keep track. You can recruit people not from PA if you want.
